Second off, this wheel is able to hold up to 550 pounds, which makes it a heavy but most importantly a durable item. Third off, since it is a sturdy instrument, you are able to rely on it completely for the most demanding yoga poses that require a good grip.
Your balance won’t be lost with this wheel in practice – this is often the issue with beginners who haven’t developed their balance yet. This padded wheel minimizes this risk and is thus compatible with both passionate yogis and newbies.
